01 Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Standard Orders: Most orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).
  • Prescription (Rx) Orders: The processing time for Rx medicines begins only after our clinical team has successfully verified your uploaded prescription.

02 Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location within India:

Metro Cities

Delivery within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Non-Metro / Tier 2

Delivery within 4 to 6 business days after dispatch.

Remote Locations

Delivery within 7 to 10 business days. Subject to local courier availability.

03 Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on the total weight of your order and your delivery pin code. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you make a payment.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all prepaid orders exceeding ₹999.

04 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your Airway Bill (AWB) Tracking Number and a link to trace your package in real-time. You can also view live tracking updates by navigating to the "My Orders" section in your account dashboard.

05 Delivery Issues & Undelivered Packages

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate during checkout. We are not liable for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect details.
  • Failed Attempts: Our courier partners will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts. If unreceived, the package will be Returned To Origin (RTO). In such cases, shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeline or if tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, please raise a ticket with our support team within 48 hours:
